Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the customization of each product, we do not give refunds, exchanges or credits for any reason. We do not accept returns. Please read the full descriptions for the product you are interested in purchasing. Any unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to you. Please read all disclosures and FAQ prior to making a purchase.

Thanks for your purchase! We strive to provide excellent products and services to our customers. We do not allow refunds on purchased items; however, we will exchange a returned item for an item of equal or lesser value if there was an error on our part. All returns must be authorized. A return request must be submitted to  elovelycreations@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product. All returned items must be in new and unaltered condition.

To return an item, place it in its original packaging with your proof of purchase and return to Elovely Creations returns address provided. Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us if the return is approved.
